15 yolks - triple volume
5 lb. marscapone cheese - softened
1 can redi-whip
15 egg whites - brought to stiff peaks adding 1 cup of
granulated sugar 2 tbs. at a time.

place creamed marscapone into biggest bowl then fold in:
1. yolks
2. whites
3. redi-whip

for lady finger dipping:
1 qt of coffee 
1 cup captain morgan's spiced rum
